At Higobi we pride ourselves in what we call technical high level consultancy.  This provides customers with guidelines around how to implement new software packages.  We focus in on pitfalls we have seen in previous projects.  As we stick around until full implementation we see new implementations from concept, architectural design, integration and finally right through to go-live and production maintenance.   We know the long term impact of poorly taken decisions at implementation time and before. 

Don't ask us to write a report and go away.  We want to get stuck in and really drive the implementation through to a successful completion!
